CoA has removed the drawing section in the NATA 2023 paper. Candidates will now be assessed on their aptitude and reasoning skills for admissions into the B.Arch courses offered by the participating institutes. However, through the examination, the candidates will be tested on their ability to analyze drawings and use logical reasoning. Therefore, the candidates are advised not to miss out on studying concepts of drawing.

The NATA score is good but due to the 12th presentation, you might end up getting a local architecture college but if the cut off went well and you scored well then might get a good government college with best of the faculty to get more practical knowledge.

According to the official NATA 2023 exam pattern, the medium of the entrance examination will be essentially the English language. However, some of the questions may be in regional languages also. Candidates will be able to know the details regarding the use of languages in the examination through the question paper. If the candidates face any problems during the examination, they can always contact and ask for help from the invigilators.

NATA 2023 has only one section. The candidates are assessed on their aptitude and reasoning skills. Under the aptitude section, the candidates are required to answer various Multiple-Choice type (MCQ), Multiple Select type (MSQ), Preferential Choice type (PCQ) and Numerical Answer type (NAQ) questions that are prepared to assess the basic conceptual knowledge of the candidates in the various subjects that are important in the architectural field. The official marking scheme of NATA 2023 has been released online by the authorities of CoA. The questions will carry 1 mark, 2 marks or 3 marks and 125 questions have to be answered in 180 minutes. There will be no negative marking. The total marks of the NATA 2023 paper is 200. Candidates will be able to check the exact marks allotted to the questions during the examination. Overall, the candidates are advised to attempt all questions to have a higher chance of scoring well since there is no negative marking.

As per the official NATA 2023 exam pattern, the total duration of the examination is 3 hours. The candidates will be required to complete the examination within the allotted duration. No extra time will be provided to the candidates. Candidates are advised to improve their time management skills so that they are able to complete the examination within the official time limit. Once the duration is over, the examination will be over and the paper will be submitted. Candidates will not be able to answer any more questions after 3 hours.

Yes. NATA 2023 will be held as online I. e. , as a computer-based test. The authorities will conduct the entrance examination at various centres. Candidates will have to reach the venue and attempt the entrance examination through the systems that will have been prepared at the centres. The authorities will not conduct NATA 2023 in any other mode. More details about NATA 2023 exam pattern is now available online.
