Yes, architects do get paid really well in Germany. On a usual basis, the students who pursue Architecture courses in Germany earn about EUR 70,000 (INR 64 L) per annum. Note that this salary is expected to grow every year, based on your skill set and performance. Some of the job roles that you can take up are that of an Architect, Landscape Architect, Architectural Technologists/ Architectural Technicians, Interior and Spatial Designers, and many more.

The cost of pursuing Master of Architecture in Germany depends upon the type of university you are enrolled in. If you get admitted in a public university in Germany, you won't have to pay any tuition fee. However, at the start of every academic year, you will be required to pay a semester fee ranging between EUR 150 - EUR 300 (INR 13.7 K - 27.5 K).If you secure an admission in a private university in Germany, you will have to pay the tuition fee ranging between EUR 11,000 - EUR 17,000 (INR 10 L - 15.5 L) for studying Germany MArch.

If you plan to work in India later, you need to complete 5 years of degree and register with CoA, Council of Architecture. While with German degree you may work abroad, in India you need to fulfil this criteria.
