Yes, of course! After the 12th, you're eligible to take both the NATA and JEE Main exams for architecture. However, it's important to know that JEE Main and Advanced are primarily designed for B.Tech aspirants. If your dream is to study architecture at an IIT specifically, you'll need to clear both the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams. Otherwise, for architecture at most other institutions, JEE Advanced is not required. Both the NATA and JEE Main B.Arch exams are popular and beneficial for architecture students. Yes, the Vellore Institute of Technology  (VIT) offers an NRI (Non-Resident Indian) quota for admissions to its various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.VIT Vellore does not offer direct admission to BArch programme based on Class 12 scores. Candidates need to possess a valid NATA score to apply. However, the final selection of students subjects to the cumulative calculation of NATA scores, Class 12 aggregate and performance in GDPI/ Skill Test.

If we talk about the beginner’s salary, M.Plan (Master of Planning) graduate typically earns between INR 4 to INR 8 Lacs per annum, depending on the institute they graduate from. The pay package also largely depends on their skills, and the sector they join. If you have graduated in this course from some reputed institutions like IITs and NITs, you are likely to receive higher packages. This is due to the reason that students get hired by top government agencies, urban planning consultancies, or multinational corporations.
