Pillai HOC College of Architecture offers only one course of BArch for a duration of five years. As per the official sources, the course fee is INR 92,000. Apart from the tuition fee, candidates must also pay for other fee components at the time of admission. Yes, You can work as an architect, architectural assistant, architectural historian/journalist, project assistant manager, architectural designer, architect-engineer, building contractor, or an interior designer after completing your B.Arch course.Compared to B.Tech, Arch is far more difficult but provides with competitive remuneration. Only those with strong physical stamina, patience, responsibility, creative thinking, and sketching abilities should pursue a degree in architecture.

Yes,  candidates with a 3-year diploma in architectural assistantship or equivalent,  with a minimum of 50 percent marks, can also pursue B.Arch. through lateral entry or by appearing for the relevant entrance exams, depending on the college's admission criteria.
