The best scheme for you would be to take admission in a college which we can say provisional, that is you take admission in a lower degree and inform the college about your compartment. Then before the last date of admission you can give the college your pass result and you will be transferred to the next higher degree. Some popular colleges in India that offer BArch courses include the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), and many other government and private institutions.

To pursue B.Arch from IIT, you need to qualify JEE (Main) exam, specifically Paper-2 (B.Arch/B.Planning), not JEE Advanced. Secure a valid score and meet the Joint Admission Board's (JAB) eligibility criteria. Participating IITs for B.Arch include Kharagpur, Roorkee and Varanasi (BHU). Focus on JEE Main Paper-2 syllabus, practice drawing and architecture-related questions, and prepare for the Aptitude Test. Verify eligibility and admission procedures on the official JEE Main (jeemain.nta.nic.in) and JAB (jab.org.in) websites.

Yes, of course! After the 12th, you're eligible to take both the NATA and JEE Main exams for architecture. However, it's important to know that JEE Main and Advanced are primarily designed for B.Tech aspirants. If your dream is to study architecture at an IIT specifically, you'll need to clear both the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams. Otherwise, for architecture at most other institutions, JEE Advanced is not required. Both the NATA and JEE Main B.Arch exams are popular and beneficial for architecture students. If you ask me for my opinion I would say NATA is an excellent choice as it specifically measures your aptitude for architecture

Yes, the Vellore Institute of Technology  (VIT) offers an NRI (Non-Resident Indian) quota for admissions to its various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.VIT Vellore does not offer direct admission to BArch programme based on Class 12 scores. Candidates need to possess a valid NATA score to apply. However, the final selection of students subjects to the cumulative calculation of NATA scores, Class 12 aggregate and performance in GDPI/ Skill Test.
