Yes, ASADI Kochi offers two-year M.Arch programme at the UG level. Aspirants who have completed B.Arch or equivalent with at least 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent CGPI can apply for M.Arch. Besides, candidate needs to qualify the national level entrance test for PG programme in architecture, PGETA 2024, conducted by the Council of Architecture.

There is no provision for lateral admission to the second year or at any stage during the five-year BArch course offered at ASADI Kochi. The institute offers admission in BArch under merit and management seats. Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate to apply for BArch programme.

ASADI Kochi admission to BArch course is based on NATA score. Aspirants wishing to take admission in merit seats need to follow the instructions of the Commissioner of Entrance examinations for mark and rank uploading. The institute releases a rank list based on academic eligibility and admission interview for seats offered under the management quota.

Sir JJ College of Architecture Mumbai admission to undergraduate course, BArch, is entrance based. The college accepts JEE Main scores/ MHT CET/ NATA scores to shortlist candidates for admission to the BArch programme. Candidates who have completed their class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects with a minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for the course. The total tuition fee for the B.Arch program at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS Mumbai, is approximately INR 21,20,000. Additionally, the student will also have to pay a hostel fee of INR 15.10 lakhs. So, the total fee for a B.Arch at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture is around INR 41.35 Lakhs.

Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture And Fine Arts University accepts TS EAMCET for admission to BTech programme. According to the JNAFAU SPA cutoff for Round 1 in 2023, the closing ranks for all BTech specialisations ranged from 34966 to 96424. The most competitive specialisation was BTech in Digital Techniques for Design and Planning with a closing rank of 34966, followed by Facilities and Services Planning with 96424 rank.

No, Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture And Fine Arts University does not accepts JEE score. The university accepts NATA for BArch programme. Besides, JNAFAU accepts TS EAMCET for BTech courses. For programmes such as MTech, M.Arch, etc., the university considers TS PGECET score. The university also conducts entrance exam for admission to BFA and BDes courses.
