According to a top-ranking publisher, Arizona State University ranking in the world is #200 in 2025 and #179 in 2024. In Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2025, this university ranks at #201-250 and #182 in 2024. Though there has been a slight decline in the world rankings of this university, it is still placed in the Top 300 Universities in the world.

In the National Universities category, Arizona State University ranking is #121 in the 2025 edition of Best Colleges. Furthermore, in the world rankings, the university ranks at #200 position as per a top-ranking publisher in 2025 and in 2024, it ranks at #179. As per another top-ranking publisher, this university ranks at #179 in the Best Global Universities category in 2025.

ASU ranks at #121 in the National Universities in 2025 rankings by US News & World Report. In the Global Universities category in 2025, ASU ranks at #179 position. In the QS rankings 2025, this university ranks at #200 position in 2025, whereas, in 2024, it ranks at #179 position. It can be said that in the latest rankings, ASU ranks among the Top 200 Universities in the world.
