AFMC Pune offers a variety of courses, including the Bachelor of Paramedical Technology (BPMT) programme with specialisations in ten different fields, including cardio technician. The duration of this course is four years. To secure admission, candidates are required to perform well in the AFMC entrance exam conducted by the institute. To be eligible for the BPMT programme, candidates must have completed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subjects. On the basis of the applicant's merit at the All India level, admission will be granted. The written objective test will be administered by the institute in February or March of each year. The candidate must have received at least 50% in each course. The test should be passed on the first try. Or The candidate must have earned a 10th-grade Diploma and a three-year Diploma in general nursing and midwifery. The ideal candidate will have five years of professional experience.
