To be eligible for MBBS at the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in Pune, you must meet the following criteria:Nationality: You must be an Indian  Educational qualification: You must pass 12th or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English  Medical qualification: You must be medically fit as per the standards set by the Government of India, Ministry of Defence  NEET score: You must score at least 551 marks in NEET  Interview: You must pass an interview at AFMC

There are different specialisation of BSc at AFMC Pune. Given below are selection criteria of different specialisations:For BSc (Hons) Nursing: Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects from a recognized board. The selection into BSc Nursing is based on merit at an All-India level. TFor BSc Paramedical Technology (BPMT): Candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects from a recognized board.Other BSc courses: There selection processes may differ.

You are qualified for admission to the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) with these marks. The requirements for admission to this college are passing the 12th grade or an equivalent exam with a 60% cumulative grade in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. You are qualified since you received 72% in 10+2. However, you must pass the NEET exam, one of the hardest exams in India, in order to be admitted to this college.

The selection process for Armed Forces Medical College includes a written test, an interview and a medical finess test. The admission is made on the basi of NEET UG score, followed by the selection process. AFMC is on the top, and most sough after college for medical students. So, you will have to study hard in order to get into AFMC.

You need to have met the NEET exam requirements in order to be eligible for admission to AFMC MBBS. The qualifying requirements for the AFMC MBBS programme are completing the 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as required topics; additionally, applicants must receive at least 60% in PCB overall and 50% in each subject plus English separately. Additionally, candidates need to meet the medical requirements outlined by the Ministry of Defence. As stated in the prospectus, the AFMC's physical fitness standards are as follows:The candidate cannot have astigmatism or a hypermetropia of greater than +3.5 D in any one meridian or a myopia of more than -3.5 D overall.Candidates who meet other physical fitness requirements and have spectacles that fall within the acceptable range are therefore eligible for admission to AFMC.
