There is an entrance exam conducted by the armed force medical college which consists of 180 mcqs and time duration is 90 minutes apart from that the candidate must be an indian citizen in order to be eligible for the exam

You need to clear the official exam of army. And then a medical fitness test is ensured. You need to clear that. After you cross all these barriers. You are eligible for the college.
