AFMC offers graduate degree courses in medicine i.e. MBBS and post graduate degrees in medical, super specialisations and Post Graduate Diploma in the field of medical science. In addition, AFMC also offer degree and post graduation degree courses in nursing sciences.

No separate entrance examination is conducted by AFMC for providing admission to its MBBS course. However, the admission is offered through AIPMT (now NEET). For seeking admission in AFMC, you are required to apply for NEET exam.

The last year's AFMC (MBBS) cut off was 498 marks out of 720 for boys and 536 marks out of 720 for girls.

Students can get admission for undergraduate MBBS course of AFMC on the basis of the national eligibility and entrance test (Formerly, through the AIPMT exam).
