The total fee comprises exam fees such as INR 2000, tuition, and other fees. Army Institute of Technology fee structure of M.Tech will be around INR 2.27 lakhs, in the first-year students need to pay INR 1.21 Lacs including tuition fee and other fees also the 2 and year fee will be approximately INR 1.06 Lacs as tuition fee.

Admission to MTech at the Army Institute of Technology is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed Graduation in a relevant stream from a reputed university/institute with 50% marks in aggregate.

The eligibility criteria for admission to M.Tech at Army Institute of Technology is:At least 50% marks in 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from a recognised board.  (Only wards of army personnel, ex army personnel and war widows of the army are eligible for admission)
