Admission to the two-year MTech course at the Army Institute of Technology is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed Graduation in a relevant stream from a reputed University with 50% marks in aggregate.

Well there isn't anything like Best course but I would say, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering & Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering ( ENTC), are some of the most desired courses at Army Institute of Technology (AIT), it depends on the student which course he/ she  opts for .  The best course would to opt for the one which interests you . Army institute of technology (AIT) is a prestigious and reputed college so doing any course from here woul be considered good .

Army institute of technology is a great college for mtech, it has an excellent placement record and the staff here are experienced, there are many lab experiments conducted here and the college also helps u in the research ( if required ), Army Institute of Technology (AIT) is among one of the most prestigious college, but I suggest the student to do their own research before taking admission into their desired course . they can check the AIT website or brochure, for further clarification.
