Admission to the Nehru Arts and Science College is based on merit only. The eligibility criteria is candidate must pass class 12th with a minimum of 50% from a recognised board. However, the higher you score in class 12th, the more the chances will increase for getting into college.

BCom at Nehru Arts and College is a three years course with five different specialisations. The fee for the course lies in the range of INR 24,000-INR 90,000 annually, depending on the specialisation. The above mentioned fees is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is, however, subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Yes, Hindustan College of Arts and Science is decent for BBA. Admission to the course are merit based.
