Eligibility to get seat at Manipal Institute of Technology is 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade, or any equivalent examination can apply for admission. Further there is no provision of sport quota in B. Tech admission.

I can tell you about LPU.
LPU There are many universities which would offer scholarship. But you need a college which would cater to your all round development. The name that comes to me first is LPU which carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many.

The basic eligibility criteria of BFA course is 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised state or central board with at least 50% (40% to 45% for reserved category candidates) of the marks. While the admission are based on merit (12th marks). Hence on the basis of engineering Diploma course you can not pursue the BFA course.
