It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in the art field. Yes, indeed. There are plenty of opportunities in this field besides whetting the inner desire and having a sense of fulfillment. You should complete your graduation in engineering and then take a plunge in the art form that you like most. Initially, perhaps you can take up a job and do it as a hobby, but then you can switch over completely. There are plenty of cases when engineering graduates have become singers, painters, cartoonists etc. Best wishes to you.
