Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET in Dance subject but make sure your university or college is UGC NET approved. Performing Theatre Art is a practical training you get white doing the course. You cannot learn acting / performance through distance learning mode. So, no - distance learning course is not available.

No, it isn't. If you have done training from some reputed institute and your skills are worthwhile then Bachelor degree isn't vital. But, it's always recommended to have a Bachelor's degree to be on the safe side.
