There is no age bar in order to pursue an LLB, but you need to have a graduation degree (10+2+3) to qualify for a 3-year LLB course. Generally, one needs to have at least 45% marks in their graduation (BA/B.Com/B.Sc) and 35% for ST/SC to qualify for LLB.

It's good to know your question is for graduation. Many states allow lateral admission in engineering colleges to Diploma pass out of their own state. But you will have to study hard and score well to be successful.
