The eligibility criteria may vary for UG & PG courses at Ashoka University. As per the basic eligibility criteria for admission to UG programmes, the candidates must have qualified class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised boardWhereas, for Ashoka University admission to PG programmes candidates must have completed graduation with a minimum of 55 per cent aggregate in the relevant discipline.

Ashoka University BA admission is based on candidates' performance in the Ashoka Aptitude Test (AAT). Ashoka Aptitude Test (AAT) is conducted by Ashoka University to select eligible candidates for UG courses. Candidates who have taken the SAT/ ACT exam also need to appear for the Ashoka Aptitude Test (AAT) and the higher score will be evaluated and taken into consideration.

Ashoka University offers Merit Cum Means scholarship for exceptional Undergraduate students intending to major in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or Computer Science at Ashoka.
