Both the institutes are good in their own ways. But considering your choice, Journalism, I would suggest AAFT. They have BA in Journalism and Mass Communication, which is more journalism centric.
Whereas the course SXCKOL offers is mass communication-centric and journalism, as you know, is a part of mass communication.
I would suggest you visit the websites of the institues and look at the syllabus. Then you decide.

There are private institutes that provide you with this degree, AAFT is fine but you can have a better college than this. There are other colleges as well, for example: LPU, Amity, and how can we forget about India's top university for mass communication, i.e Makhan Lal Chaturvedi National University of Mass Communication. This is a government institute.

The course is very good with good placement records as well as lots of old students are there alongwith new entrants also.
