Hello Abhi Approximately, it is similar. However, here I am providing you the information regarding the syllabus of PG Diploma in Journalism (in Asian college of Journalism). They have divided their syllabus in three terms. In first term, there is reporting, writing and investigation. There you will study about reporting, writing, editing, tools of modern journalist, key issues in Journalism, and media law and society. In second term, you will to get specialization, here you will be developing skills of interviewing, news gathering, researching, developing stories , produce newspapers, TV/Radio programmes etc. In third term, you will be getting expertise in your desired field.

Here are some Career options after completing BA:-
1. BA (Pass) gives you an option to try to luck in government examinations. From CDS to SSC CGL you are eligible for each exam if you fulfill the eligibility criteria that requires you to bring a particular percentage.
2. BA (Pass) graduate can also go for Bank PO positions in bank. All you have to do is appear for the examination and crack it down.
3. If your communication in English and Hindi is good then BPOs are the best place for you. You can work as a CCE (Customer Care Executive), and if you know another language than these two then it's an great advantage.
4. Now thousands of students every year appear for the UPSC examination. Even you guys have an option to sit in the UPSC exams and become an IAS, IPS or whatever you wish to be.
5. If you think that you writing skills is something to be proud about then you can make it as a career. You can go for freelancing as a writer, translation work or transcription work.
