Yes. The Assam CEE cutoff will vary for every category, course and college selected by the candidates. As compared to the General category, the Reserved category is expected to have a lower admission cutoff. Similarly, the courses and colleges that have a higher demand among the students are likely to have a higher admission Assam CEE cutoff. Selection of candidates for admissions will be done based on the cutoff and other important factors.

The authorities will consider various factors while preparing and determining the Assam CEE cutoff. Some of the factors that will be considered for the cutoff preparation are - previous years' cutoff trends, difficulty level of exam, number of applicants for admissions, total number of seats available for admissions, etc. Since the deciding factors are numerous, the Assam CEE cutoff will differ for every course, category and college selected by the candidates. 

No. The students will not be allowed to change their allotted branch under any circumstances. Once the candidates are allotted and the fee is paid, the authorities will not entertain any requests to make the changes. Before confirming the admission, the candidates will be provided with enough time to make their decision. In case of any doubts, the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately.

Assam CEE counselling is held online for all eligible and qualified candidates. Based on the decided counselling dates, the candidates will have to register and fill out their choices. After the final date, no applications will be accepted. The authorities will not accept offline applications for the Assam CEE counselling. After allotment, the candidates will have to physically report to their institute for confirmation of admission. If the candidate fails to confirm their admission before the final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.

The authorities have not yet announced the date for the commencement of classes for the qualified Assam CEE candidates. After the counselling process is over, the candidates will be informed about the class commencement date. On the date of the commencement of classes, the candidates will have to report to the institute and attend the classes. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the authorities to know the date for the commencement of classes.

Assam CEE counselling will be conducted by the authorities of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam. Since  Assam Science & Technological University (ASTU) is only responsible for the application, examination and result process, DTE will be responsible for the counselling and seat allotment process. All details regarding the Assam CEE counselling will be prepared and released by the authorities of DTE Assam online.

Assam CEE 2025 counselling dates have not been announced yet. The authorities will release the counselling schedule online. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the dates of Assam CEE 2025 counselling so that they do not miss out on any important events. Separate seat allotment results will be declared for the different counselling rounds. Assam CEE counselling will be held online.

For admissions through Assam CEE, the candidates will have to participate in the counselling process. During the registration for Assam CEE counselling, the candidates will have to fill out the required details, select their preferred courses and colleges and pay the fee. Allotment of the candidates will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. The allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.

Assam CEE 2025 seat allotment dates will be announced soon. Candidates will be able to check the Assam CEE seat allotment online by logging in using the required credentials. No other mode will be used by the authorities to announce the Assam CEE seat allotment. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. Once the candidates are allotted, the candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.

Yes.  The candidates will be required to verify their provisional certificates during the Assam CEE counselling process. All of the important original documents and their photocopies have to be submitted for verification to confirm the allotment. In case the candidates do not have the original documents, then they can submit their provisional certificates. If the candidates are unable to present their provisional certificates, then their allotment may get cancelled.
