It should be from chemistry and biology part because all pharmacy subjects mainly depend on these two subjects and the MCQs would be from physics, chemistry and biology.

Yes, hopefully, you can get in most of the colleges.
But I would request you to attend the counselling session as it gives you a greater chance of getting a seat.

No chance in CSE in any NITS or IIITs. Your rank is too low in SC category. There is limited seats for SC in NIT and your rank is more above that. Even getting CSE with this rank is not at all possible.
