As you have scored 18025 in SC category in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in NIT Silchar in electronics or any other branches in first round will be difficult for you. There is a low chances of getting seat in NIT's as your percentile was not sufficient to get seat in any NIT's, because of heavy competition and demand of seats. So, just give a try. All the best.
