Tengakhat College is an average college with not so good placements. I would recommend you to join some other better college, to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements get in touch with the current students through social media or in person

Domicile and caste certificate are not mandatory from the 12th standard state. Only the criterion is that, from wherever you opt 12th will be considered for your home state quota seats.

As per the question, you completed 2-years of your education and dropped 5th and 6th semester. Details of the year in which you have dropped the course is not mentioned, I think you will need to speak with the college authorities for reliable information. In case the gap is large, you can continue the course with distance education as the fee is comparatively lower.
