There are 3 colleges in Bangalore which are the top colleges for astronomy and they are:
1) Indian Institute of Science (IISC)
2) Raman Research Institute

Yes. you can do M.Sc in Astrophysics after B.Sc in physics. The eligibility is graduation completed with science from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
Some colleges or universities do conduct some entrance exams for admission.

Astronomy is a very good subject of study and perhaps the best institute to study is IIAP. I am attaching link. Please go through it and then if there are any doubts in your mind please do not hesitate to ask.

National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune (NCRA-TIFR),
Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics, Pune (IUCAA),

There are many other institutes as well and you should explore your options before taking any decision to join an institute.
