Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore (IIA),
Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISc),
National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune (NCRA-TIFR),
Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics, Pune (IUCAA),
Physical Research Laboratory, Ahamedabad (PRL),
Raman Research Institute, Bangalore (RRI)
There are many other institutes as well and you should explore your options before taking any decision to join an institute.

I could find only a few colleges for astrology in Hyderabad. You should explore online to find more such colleges.

BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). Minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in section B alone for candidates with AMIE/Grad IETE qualification.
Candidates who are going to complete the above course are also eligible to apply provided final degree is available. The qualification prescribed and the benchmarks are only the minimum requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.
