You can try for Punjab Technical University (PTU). It has courses in aeronautics that might interest you. Moreover, the university has great reputation in case you are not eligible for IITs and NITs.

You can apply in foreign universities based on your GRE score. You need to clear GRE, a score around 320-330 is good enough to get a good university in US.

B.Sc in Astrophysics is a 3-year undergraduate course and to get admission in this course you need to pass in higher secondary school certificate exam from any recognized board and you must have physics and mathematics in your 12th examination. The minimum 50% marks you have to score in your 12th examination, the eligibility criteria are vary from colleges to colleges.
