Hi Avinash,
Before you decide what to do it is important that you become aware of a critical factor for success in your chosen profession. Your exam scores are one part of it considering how competitive it is to land a seat in the hallowed campuses of the IITs and other prestigious institutions.
There are numerous branches of space science - astronomy, astrophysics, cosmology, stellar science, planetary science etc. Originally, all these disciplines were considered as part of astronomy, but with recent developments and discoveries, they have become vast enough to be considered as separate fields on their own. B.Sc astrophysics combines the two subjects physics and chemistry to study space science, i. e. the birth, life, death of all celestial bodies in the universe. Astronomy and cosmology are the two shoots of it. To study astrophysics, you need to be extremely research and detail oriented with passion to explore. Mhrd started with institutes like IISER to encourage students to take the research path and is doing quite well. You can look for the dual degree program on astrophysics at

If you get through, this will be the best choice.
Hope this suffice.
