Yes Indian institute of space Science and technology is good as sree chitra thirunal college,Because as compared to college infrastructure, faculty and placements both are good, In IIST if students get CGPA 7.5 or more, then the isro is hiring directly and in SCTC the most of the placements are from IT sector, which is good. Both the colleges provide great placement opportunities to the students pursuing UG and PG courses in their respective colleges. Bsc in astrophysics is a three year integrated course . You cannot do B.Sc in astrophysics after your diploma. The eligibility to do B.Sc in astrophysics is to clear 10+2 with Physics, chemistry and mathematics getting minimum 50 percent of marks.All the best
