Athena School of Management has a commendable track record when it comes to MBA placements.Athena School of Management in Mumbai has a good placement record. The average salary for graduating students is around six Lacs rupees per year, with the highest salary offered reaching seventeen Lacs rupees per year. In 2022, the maximum package offered to students was INR 12 LPA, while the average package was INR 7 LPA. The 2023 class average package was Rs 10 Lacs per annum, with the highest salary package being around Rs 16 LPA.

The Athena school of Management accepts the candidates who have atleast 50% of marks in their UG.They also have to Write an entrance test (ASAT) to get and admission, it involves a written test, group discussion and a personal interview.The students who have good marks in any of the CMAT, CAT, NMAT can be exempted from written test.
