Yes, it is mandatory for all candidates to attend the document verification round as part of the ATMA counselling process. During the document verification process, candidates must present their original documents for verification and provide their biometric details. The purpose of document verification is to ensure that the candidate is eligible for admission to the selected course and to avoid fraudulent activities. Candidates who do not attend the document verification round will be marked ineligible from the admission process through ATMA scores. Such candidates will not be considered for the seat allotment round also. Therefore, it is important for candidates to attend the document verification process physically as per the schedule announced by the authorities. It is also crucial to carry all the required documents in original along with photocopies to the document verification round. Candidates who fail to produce the required documents will not be allowed to participate in the further counselling process which includes GD PI and What rounds.

ATMA counselling is conducted for candidates who have cleared the Aims Test for Management Admissions ATMA and have secured a rank in the merit list. To be eligible for ATMA counselling, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
1. The candidate must have qualified for the ATMA exam by obtaining the minimum qualifying marks
2. Candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognised university or institution.
3. The candidate must hold an Indian nationality.
4. The candidate must meet the eligibility criteria for the desired course and college for admission based on ATMA.
5. The candidate must have all the required documents as required at the time of document verification. Candidates who fulfil the above eligibility criteria can participate in ATMA counselling process. Such candidates can apply for admission to various MBA, MS PGDM and MCA courses offered by colleges accepting ATMA scores.

Candidates who qualified for the ATMA counselling must follow the steps below to complete the counselling registration:
1. Visit the official website of participating institute
2. Click on the button reading 'New Registration'
3. Fill in the PI. Number
4. Several details are prefilled from the ATMA form, including personal and academic details in the registration form.
5. Upload photograph and signature in the specified format and size.
6. Pay the counselling fee via the available payment modes. After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID. Candidates then need to appear for the further selection procedure which includes GD What and PI.

The ATMA counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for ATMA exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview What/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. Candidates who have MET the ATMA cutoff, need to visit the centre for document verification as per their rank and other selection rounds such as PI and What. The seat allotment process is also conducted online based on the merit, category, and choices filled by the candidate during the registration process. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website. The entire ATMA counselling process except the PI What and document verification round is conducted in online mode.

ATMA 2023 exam scores are accepted for MBA admissions by more than 200 MBA colleges in India. ATMA is conducted multiple times a year and is accepted for admissions to courses such as MBA/PGDM MCA and MS. AIMS Test for Management Admissions ATMA exam scores are accepted by almost all the good PGDM colleges in India. Besides, all the private unaided MBA colleges of Maharashtra also accept ATMA scores for MBA Admission for All India category candidates. The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) which conducts ATMA test for MBA admissions has a membership of more than 500 top Postgraduate Management schools. Among these, the best MBA colleges accepting ATMA scores in Pune and Delhi are:

ATMA cutoff is released by the participating institutes after the announcement of the ATMA result. More than 500 MBA colleges accept ATMA scores. ATMA scores are accepted for other courses such as MCA and MS as well. The ATMA cut-off is different for all institutes and courses. These cutoffs will be available on the official website of each participating college or institute. Candidates who have appeared for the ATMA exam must meet the cutoff of their preferred institute in order to gain admission to that particular institute. According to the previous cutoff trends, the ATMA cutoff generally ranges from 75 to 90 percentile in the top colleges accepting ATMA. Last year, the highest ATMA cutoff was for PUMBA, Pune. Shortlisted candidates who match the cutoff will be called for further selection procedure, which includes, Written Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

There are many MBA colleges which accept 70-75 percentile in ATMA exam. Majority of these institutes are private. Sometimes, the institutes conduct multiple rounds of counselling wherein the cutoff may tone down.
