There is nothing called tougher to crack or easy to crack. This view depends upon the preparation of the exam you are giving. There are a number of exams conducted in India for the MBA type courses. Exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, IBSAT, NMAT, SNAP, etc. have some minor tweaking and variations apart from the main sections. Reasoning section, the candidates can practice similar tests to be precise and accurate. Since for this section, there is no precise formula, the candidates can solve as many mock tests as possible. Simple preparation for this section can be done by solving puzzles and riddles.

There are many coaching institutes providing guidance to entrance exams. T.I.M.E., IMS and Career Launcher are the preferred coaching centers for the exam.
You may enroll in these institutes, they provide mock papers and more specific material for the exam once the syllabus is completed.
Make sure you solve the test series to have a feel of how the actual exam is.
There are many other good institutes but it all depends on which batch they give you. Make sure to enroll for a good batch with reputed faculty.

ATMA- Pattern and syllabus
Pattern- The question paper comprises of a total of 180 multiple choice questions to be answered in three hours.
That is, on an average there is 1 minute to answer 1 question.
