Hello Shaik,
Students are allowed to appear for entrance exams without waiting for results of the eligibility exam. This is always subject to passing with required minimum marks. But then participating in counselling is different. Here one needs to have all minimum requirements. I am afraid your daughter will not be able to appear.

It is not an online counselling procedure, we have to participate in the counselling and we have to produce the original certificates.
The counselling will start from June 5th onwards.
