We cannot say the qualify marks for AUEET to get seat in AU because it depends on the no. of candidates appeared for the exam. So getting marks above 40 would be better for your seat getting chances.

Yes, there is a chance for you in getting CSE group but it depends on the availability of seats at the time of counselling.
