Best thing to do right now is to appear for LPU NEST and seek admission in B Tech. However, you need to fulfil the eligibility conditions. Last year LPU did give admission to those having score min 85 pc. However, till now no guidelines have been issued. I am sure, LPU NEST would not be difficult for you. The eligibility for the programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. It is difficult to say for sure whether you will be able to get a seat in Andhra University with a rank of 947 in AUEET. Admission to Andhra University depends on a number of factors, including the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the cut-off rank for the particular course you are interested in. Cutoff of AUEET exam will be evaluated on many factors. Some of factors are mentioned Below
Number of Candidate appeared for the AUEET exam
No of candidates passed the exam
Difficulty level of question paper
No. Of vacancy for this exam
Cutoff may also be sectional wise
And according to your rank you can getting admission in B.Tech CSE.

Definitely, for your rank you can get a seat in Andhra University
You can get seat in departments like civil or chemical or EEE
If you wait for last or third counselling you may even get a seat in CSE department also
Just be patient you will definitely get a seat
PS. I got seat in CSE for a rank of 800
The highest rank in my class is 2400.
