To ensure a smooth examination process, the candidates are advised to check the exam day guidelines of AUEET. Some of the important AUEET exam day guidelines are listed below.Candidates are advised to reach the centre atleast an hour before the examination. While reporting at the exam centre, the candidates will have to present their AUEET admit card and identity proof.No electronic devices will be allowed inside the centre.Parents/guardians are requested to leave the centre premises to avoid overcrowding.Candidates will not be allowed to leave the centre until the end of the exam.

Candidates are advised to check the list of prohibited items specified by the authorities carefully. No electronic items such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, calculators, etc., will be allowed inside the AUEET exam centre. If the candidates are found with the prohibited items inside the AUEET exam centre, then they will be disqualified from the examination. Candidates are advised to leave such items at home or with their guardians/parents.

Candidates will have to present their identity proof at the AUEET exam centres along with the hall ticket. The list of identity proofs that will be accepted by the authorities at the AUEET exam centre are - Aadhaar card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Any Govt. approved identity proof. Any one of the above-mentioned identity proof can be presented at the centre.

No. The candidates will not be able to change their allotted AUEET exam centre. Once the centres are allotted, the authorities will not entertain any requests to change it. Since the centres will be allotted after checking the candidates' preferences and seat availability, no requests for changes will be accepted. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while submitting their preferences in the AUEET application form.

Yes. The candidates will be required to print out their AUEET hall ticket since it has to be presented at the exam centre. The authorities will not accept soft copies of the AUEET hall ticket and identity proof at the centres. Candidates are advised to download and print out the hall ticket beforehand since the authorities will not provide any such facility at the centre.

No. The candidates will not be able to access the AUEET hall ticket through post or email. The authorities will release the AUEET hall ticket online at aueet.audoa.in. To download the hall ticket of AUEET, the candidates will have to log in using their application number and date of birth. No other mode will be used to make the AUEET hall ticket available.

To participate in the AUEET spot round counselling, the candidates will have to report to the counselling venue at their allotted time. The spot round of AUEET counselling will be held offline at the Office of the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University, Vijayanagar Palace, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam. During the spot round, the candidates will be allotted to the vacant seats as per their rank, preferences, category and seat availability.

Andhra University will conduct the spot round of AUEET counselling if there are vacant seats available after the first rounds of counselling are completed. The details regarding the AUEET spot round counselling will be declared online. Candidates will have to participate in the offline round of spot round counselling for admissions into the available seats at Andhra University.

During the AUEET counselling verification process, the candidates will have to submit their academic certificates. Some of the important documents to be submitted are - 12th and 10th standard marks sheet, provisional/original degree, study certificates for at least 7 years ending with qualifying examination issued by the Principals/Heads of the respective institutes and Transfer/Migration certificate. All documents must be submitted for verification in original and photocopies.

After the AUEET seat allotment results are declared, the selected candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date. For the admission confirmation, the candidates will have to report to the University with their original and photocopied certificates for verification. If the documents are not verified before the final date, then the allotment will be cancelled. The authorities will announce the list of documents that need to be submitted for verification.
