Hello,
Candidates should have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 50% marks are only eligible for this exam and every candidate who wish to apply for this test they should need to have minimum 50% of marks in their qualifying examination like Diploma or degree and 45% of marks in case of reserved categories like SC & ST.

Yes, there is a chance of getting seat in AU affiliated colleges through AUEET, because some preferred colleges are enrolled under AUEET to give admissions.
