It is not possible for you to get any government college with those marks as the government colleges cut-off goes much high. You can opt for some to the private institute which will be a better choice.

Unfortunately, with that low CET score, there is no good college anywhere in Maharashtra wherein you can expect to get admission. The cutoff of all top colleges is 98+ percentile (for MS) and 80+ (for PGDM). I suggest you reappear for CET and/or other exams and aim for a much better score.
