Dear Vansh,
About 3 years back a student of mine had got admitted to the UK after having done his BCom from Karnataka open university, however, the UK University had written and asked the KOU to send their attested copies of his transcripts directly to them and the student had to go to the KOU and pay them the required fee to get it done. I am not sure with Canada and Australian institutions about this, suggest you check directly with the Universities you intend to apply to, send a mail to the International Admissions office id can be got from the Universities website. Dear Krishna,
Neither is the best choice for automobile engg., the best is Germany and cost is the least, however getting admission requires the help of a good and reputed consultant, suggest you use the help of one.If it is MS in Mechanical then i suggest Australia, however, the budget will be around Rs 40 lacs.

Hello Narendar, it is a difficult question to answer as countries in the west have ample flexibility for differently abled. Irrespective of the abilities you must meet admission requirements, universities have special schemes for students like you and you need to contact them.via mail or phone. Part time jobs are also allowed in almost every country I know of. The cost of study will vary according to the country, university and program of study.

Ideally you are. You must confirm the PTE requirements by visiting the university websites. Since admission requirements differ it is necessary that you check the university sites for details.

Hello Manoj,
Masters in data analytic course by Deakin university, Australia is decent in terms of career opportunities & return of investment of time & money as it can have careers for you Data Analysts, Data Scientists, advisers - for management & business or research analysts and Market specialists. But, what important is that the background you are from, how nice are the academics & IELTS scores. Its 2 years full-time available in March & July.

Hi Kusum,
A minimum of 5.5 is recommended. You can opt to take the ELICOS program, if IELTS score is lower than the required score set by the college. Also, eligibility criteria differs with different programs. You must check the departmental websites for details.
