The University of Western Australia’s main campus is in Perth with more than 25,000 students, and 4,000 international students hailing from 100 countries. Also, the university has a campus in Albany, in the heart of South West. Besides these two campuses, the university has one UWA Health Campus at the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre along with many other centers and facilities in Claremont and Nedlands.

All international students require a study permit or student visa to get into the Australia. The government of Australia issues a student visa also known as subclass 500, that allows you to live, work and study in the Australia for a maximum of 5 years, in line with your course. This student visa allows international students to work while studying for a maximum of 40 hours pre fortnight during the term time and unlimited hours during the study break. The Australian government will take a fee of AUD $650 per visa application for a student visa from international students.
