There are four universities I would pick in Australia.
(1) Melbourne University - has the Melbourne Model requiring a breadth of subjects, highly ranked reflecting its research orientation and strength, well known, has some excellent professional faculty members including law, arts, and Melbourne Business School, nice historic campus close to the CBD (Parkville), also you get to live in Melbourne;
(2) UNSW - has a good vibe to it, some excellent professional faculty members particularly in law, business, Maths, and computing, a great strategic vision for the university, and you get to live in Sydney and be based in the harbourside east

However, there is a scarcity of capable individuals in Australia, and applicants seeking permanent residency are given preference. Top on the list are doctors and bricklayers. The challenging issue is that there are many highly competent middle guys who were educated in Australia and who are ridiculed in this place. All of these people with marketing degrees are selling clothing at malls. If you're lucky, there's a system in place that allows you to use the restroom while the shopkeeper next door who is studying business management keeps an eye on your business. However, it might be worse; you could have studied to become a primary sch
