Hi,
I think you can but you have only mentioned your IELTS score, so difficult to get what you are planning to study, your percentage etc. Even if your IELTS is bit low there are English language pathway courses by Australian universities. You have to find information. On university websites. Also, the admission requirements are different with every university and programme.

Hello Nikita,It is indeed very nice to see your information to do your Masters in social work in spite of your background as an engineer. In the universities or Institutions abroad there is no limitation. They are quite open to give admission for the right person provided you fulfill the criteria. Of course, the criteria is never only academic, but it includes your extracurricular activities also. Besides there are many nuances into the system and the requirements. Hello Sunil,
USA & Australia, both these countries seek qualified personnel to augment human resources in their respective countries. From the perspective of sheer availability of jobs, Australia is no match for USA. However, present political conditions are compelling many Indian students to look elsewhere. However, I would like to advise you that USA is definitely better than Australia, but getting citizenship or similar arrangements is much easier in Australia. Best wishes to you.
