You can apply for a student visa only if you have the admission offer from any of the universities located in these countries. Check for admission requirements and prepare firstly. If you meet the entry requirements, there is no reason why a university will not accept you. So instead of worrying about the visa process now, you should decide what to study and research on the entry requirements. Canada is a home to famous universities like McGill University, University of Alberta, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia etc.

To obtain a student visa for any country you must first apply to a university or college and receive an admission offer from them. My advice would be that you complete your class 12th and with good academic grades. Visit university's websites, programs offered, curriculum, etc. and see what interests you. Check the admission requirements page of the universities and prepare.

You can present fake financial proof if you want to be sent back from the immigration port, unfortunately for you they are too vigilant and will issue the visa only after verifying and authenticating your documents. So, chances are you will not get a visa or be deported back from the airport. It's not easy to bypass visa officials so always be genuine and honest.

An overall band of 5.5 is quite low. You should consider retaking the IELTS. You can also complete a bridge course in English, but you should contact the universities first as they will guide you as per your profile. You must always meet the admission requirements for visa purposes. So, you should prepare accordingly.

It is better if you apply for a student visa, gain work experience through the post study work permit scheme and then apply for a PR. Look for a two year MS course for better PR prospects. However, please do note that no course can guarantee you a PR. You must be qualified and meet the skill shortages of the country at that moment. The decision is finally yours. If you manage to get a job directly without a student visa you are lucky.

I am not clear about your question if it is the required documents then you can check on the website of DIAC, alternatively you can use the services of a good qualified overseas education consultant available in the city you live in. They do not charge any processing or consultation fees for Australia if you apply through them. This will make it easier for you as they will handle the entire visa process for you.

If you intend to pursue your higher education in the same field, you need to check out with the university chosen by you as to which level they can admit you after they check the subjects taken by you in your Diploma. You also need to score good marks in IELTS exam.
