Yes, you can definitely go for Robotics and Automation. Eligibility is the same as for common engineering branches. You must have 60% and above in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in 12th. Robotics is coming a big way in all the industries. An uncommon industry like banking is also investing heavily in Robot Process Automation. PSG is one of the top engineering college and getting admission is not the that easy, as it is based on TNEA counselling.
However, you can try through management quota, but Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

Hello Prithviraj,
MIT, Pune is in the field of education for about 35 years and has become one of the leading institutions of not only Maharashtra but of India. These days robotics is the course much in demand and one needs quite high scoring to get admission. I would say that you should aim for at least 80 and above percentile for getting admission in this course.
