I feel course in automobile engineering would be better as compared with Automobile designing.

Germany is one of the best County to go and study car designing, as Germany is the largest contributor to the new tech in the field and houses many giant automobile company.

Hi, you must firstly research and narrow down the universities you want to apply to, every University has different admission requirements, by foreign university it may mean any country so you have to be somewhat specific for a better answer.Tests like GRE, IELTS,TOEFL etc must be taken and depends where you want to apply.

India is best for automotive designing courses, you can go for NID entrance exam.

The best way to go about it is to pursue a Masters degree from NID or NID in automobile designing and carry forward the same as a working professional.
