Automobile designing is different from engineering and the degree courses in india for the same are very few. You will get all info related to it here:

For germany and usa both, you need to score 80% above in 12th to pursue b.tech preferably. Check here

either go with designing and later go to the automobile industry.
another option available is to do automobile engineering and specialise in designing. this is the most likely recommended option.

I agree with expert advise given earlier to you on your question, however will add that, few diploma courses are offered by private colleges which are open to students of any background provided they have an aptitude for designing.

Hi Kenedy,
I consider that your query is about creative design(styling, futuristic concepts, new designs in addition to technology behind any automobile) when u say automobile design and not the hard core technical design(related to engine, chasis design etc).
In India institutes like National Institute of Design(NID) and Industrial Design Center(IDC),IITB offer MDes(Transportation and Automobile Design).
