Education fee is very nominal in German universities. The cost of living in Germany is very high. German government allows students to work 20 hours per week to subsidize their living expenses. If you are able to get a job along with your studies then cost of MS in Automobile Engineering will be literally nil.

Hi Ishan Pareek, You cannot apply to German universities directly after 12th, one must have 13 years of education. If you are planning to study engineering then clear IIT-JEE Advanced and you can be eligible to apply. You can also enroll into a Bachelor course in India and complete the first year. Germany's famous universities are TU Munich, TU Berlin, University of Stuttgart, RWTH Aachen etc. And about the scores, more than 80% is recommended.

Hi Manohar,
Applicants are generally required to clear IELTS or TOEFL, depending on the language of instruction applicants might be required to have German language proficiency. If your overall grades are average, then you must consider taking the GRE, but it is not mandatory. Please note that admissions in Germany are very competitive and outstanding academic profiles are deemed fit.
I hope it helps.
