It's better to go with B.Tech course since you completed your 12th. If you go for diploma, it will be like wasting 3 more years as you have already completed 12th.

I could find only a couple of colleges for you that offer Diploma in automobile engineering. They are Wisdom School of Management, Kohinoor Technical Institute, Shivani College of IT and Management, International Institute of Management and Technical Studies.
