Cut-off is fixed by the government, not by the college. First, qualify the EAMCET with good rank i.e. less-than 20000. Then only you will get admission in Aurora.

Hello,
Your CGPA scores are good to get through the German universities. Though now, they have made German, not mandatory to study in Germany, but its suggested you should know the basic German language in order to communicate with the people. You shouldn't have more than 5 backlogs.
Besides this, you need to appear for IELTS/ TOEFL and GRE Exams as suggested by universities. If you are planning for 2019 October in Germany, you should start with your application process that would require SOP and 2 LORs.
