You can do so by logging on to the portal of directorate of Technical Edu of Government of Maharashtra. Here, you will come to know which different colleges for offering the facility of lateral admission. If you are interested in doing Engineering only in symbiosis, then you can contact them from the link which I am attaching and ask them about your specific query maybe they will allow you to join at first year making Diploma as equivalent to class 12th.

SSC JE Eligibility Criteria 2019 The eligibility criteria of SSC JE mentionsregarding the age, educational qualification and nationality required to be eligible for the recruitment exam. The exam conducting authority, Staff Selection Commission (SSC), prescribes SSC JE eligibility criteria. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates upto 32 years can apply for the exam.
