The final step to complete the application process is to upload the necessary documents and pay the application fees.After the application, candidates must appear for the entrance examinations. The fee for BTech at Avantika University Ujjain range from INR 4.1 Lacs – INR 7 Lakh. The fees has multiple other fee components such as one-time payment of INR 10,000. The fees must be paid annually or semester-wise depending admission payment system of the university. However, the one time fees are to be paid only once during admission.

Avantika University usually conducts an in-house entrance exam the Avantika Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) for its MBA programme. However, the university also accept national-level scores of the Common Admission Test or Management Aptitude Test for shortlisting candidates for MBA admission.
